Dayana Kibilds, known professionally as Day, is AVP, Marketing & Community at SimpsonScarborough, the leading research and brand strategy firm for US higher education. She hosts the Talking Tactics podcast on the Enrollify network, a show dedicated to celebrating specific, resource-constrained enrollment successes, and she co-leads the Email Community Group within Digital Collegium (formerly HighEdWeb).

In 2024, she co-authored 'Mailed It!' with Ashley Budd, a book on email marketing strategy published in August of that year.
