Dayana Kibilds, known professionally as Day, is Vice President of Strategy at Ologie, an employee-owned marketing and branding firm focused on education. She brought a strong in-house foundation to that role, having previously led enrollment and digital innovation work at Penn State, Cornell, and Western University in Canada.
She hosts the Talking Tactics podcast on the Enrollify network, a show dedicated to celebrating specific, resource-constrained enrollment successes, and she co-leads the Email Community Group within Digital Collegium (formerly HighEdWeb). In 2024, she co-authored 'Mailed It!'
