My role is to bring coherence back into the system.

I focus on identifying the real bottleneck, stopping initiatives that no longer serve the strategy, and reallocating attention and budget toward what actually moves the business. Just as importantly, I ensure the message continues to sound like the audience once the strategy is in place.
